Main Tasks:

  • Implement and track the evaluation of sales strategy in assigned region
  • Responsible for management of all sales executives in assigned region
  • Build a strong team and implement company’s marketing strategy
  • Organize and implement regional development and new promotional plan in accordance with company’s marketing plan
  • Build a good relationship with company’s clients
  • Have in depth understanding about our industry
  • Weekly reports to section director

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of a bachelor degree in related major (Business, MBA, Marketing etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in food manufacturing industry
  • Good analytical, leadership, presentation skills with effective communications skills, both orally and in writing
  • Operational excellence with good project management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • High personal standards and goal oriented
  • English fluency
