It is announced for the information of suitable candidates that some vacancies exist in the under-listed positions in the University. Applications are therefore invited from suitably qualified STAFF for appointment to the positions of Assistant Quantity Surveyors/Assistant Architects/Assistant Engineers/Junior Assistant Estate Officers in the University.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A postgraduate degree in Architecture/Construction Technology and Management, Civil Engineering, Land Economy or equivalent qualification;
• Must be a certified Member of a relevant Professional Body; and
• Must have served at least as Principal Clerk of Works, Principal Estate Assistant or its equivalent in the Development Office or Estate Organisation for not less than five (5) years

Selection Process

• All applicants shall be examined and scored on relevant issues within their respective Departments/Offices or the University as a whole;
• All applicants shall be screened and scored by a panel of their respective Departments or Offices following the written examination; and,
• A report on the outcome of (1) and (2) must accompany the applications of suitable shortlisted candidates to the AAPC for consideration.
