Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and increasing customer engagement through strategic digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of online marketing techniques, and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, email, and search engines.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other digital advertising networks to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and multimedia content (e.g., videos, and infographics).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Advanced qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and website optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, present recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to generate innovative ideas and solutions to drive business growth and success.
