Front Desk Executive at Reputable Company

Perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, etc

  • Greeting and welcome guests.
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages, etc and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updated records and files

Qualification and Requirements

  •  A minimum of an HND or Degree is required
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Proficient in English (Oral and written)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
  • Familiarity with office machines. (e.g. printer)
