Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Partner Development: Develop the aggregator channel plan, and identify, assess and onboard partners against approved criteria.
• Performance and Network Management: Set downstream network targets, review aggregator economics and network quality, and coordinate POS deployment needs.
• Governance and Compliance: Lead partner reviews and capability-building, enforcing KYC/KYB, AML and brand requirements.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years’ relevant experience, including 3+ years leading people or portfolios, and 3+ years managing aggregators or indirect distribution in payments, fintech or telecoms.
Location: Accra
