Job Description


Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to be based in its Accra Offices, overseeing the day-to-day Operations in Accra.

Key Accountabilities

Supervise and monitor stock movements in the warehouse in the following ways;

• Ordering products from the factory or in liaison with Inventory Control Officer raise requisition for products.
• Receiving products from suppliers and bonded warehouse and ensuring it
conforms to quantity and quality in the line with purchase order, invoice or packing list.
• Issuing products to wholesale and retail outlets of company.

Inventory management

• Supervise proper storage of products.
• Keep up to date records of stocks in warehouse
• Undertake periodic stock taking
• Check and monitor products to ensure products to not expire on shelve.
• Assign jobs to Warehouse Attendants and monitor the execution of the jobs.
• Effectively and efficiently supervise all Sales Assistants, Warehouse Attendants, Cleaners, and Office Assistants
• Responsible for all assets assigned to the Warehouse

Qualification Required & Experience

• Min of HND in purchasing and supply, procurement or related field
• Must have minimum of four (4) years’ experience in similar role.
