Position Summary

We are seeking courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service in our restaurant and bar, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

•  ⁠Greet guests warmly and present menus.
•  ⁠Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
•  ⁠Serve meals and drinks professionally and promptly.
•  ⁠Ensure tables are properly set and maintained before, during, and after service.
•  ⁠Anticipate guest needs and attend to them proactively.
•  ⁠Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
•  ⁠Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
•  ⁠Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
•  ⁠Process bills and payments efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

•  ⁠Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred).
•  ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  ⁠Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
•  ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
•  ⁠Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
•  ⁠Team player with a positive and respectful attitude.

Work Conditions

• Indoor restaurant and bar setting.
• Standing for extended periods and carrying trays or dishes.
• ⁠Requires evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Candidate must reside in Cape Coast
