Job Summary:
Royal Elmount Hotel is seeking courteous and energetic Waiters to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests politely and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks professionally and in a timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
• Handle payment transactions when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Friendly, attentive, and customer-service oriented.
• Good communication skills and personal grooming.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
