Your Mission:

• Be the go-to expert for the VOSA system, providing frontline support to retail teams and dealers.
• Train and onboard users, ensuring seamless adoption of digital tools like 3D visualizations and CRM updates.
• Turn user feedback into actionable insights to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Marketing to localize content, troubleshoot issues, and roll out new features.
• Analyze usage data to spot trends and recommend system improvements.

Who You Are:

• A marketing, business, or IT graduate with 1–3 years’ experience in retail tech, CRM, or sales enablement tools.
• A digital pro—comfortable with Excel, Google Forms, CMS, and ideally 3D visualization tools.
• A communicator extraordinaire who can train, support, and inspire non-tech users.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a knack for translating data into decisions. Bilingual? A huge plus!
