A Leading Infrastructure Development and Project Finance Institution is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the following position: Transaction Counsel
Qualification Required & Experience
•Called to the Ghana Bar with a minimum of seven (7) years’ standing.
•LLB or BA Law, plus BL/Professional Law Certificate.
•Minimum of seven (7) years post-qualification experience in a related role.
•Experience in statutory and regulatory compliance.
•Experience advising on infrastructure projects.
•Commercial litigation experience.
•Experience handling board secretarial duties.
