Technical Customer Support Representative!!!
Job Summary
The Technical Customer Support Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Skills:
- Prior working experience in Customer Service is required
- Excellent Communication and writing skills.
- Research and Problem Solving Skills
- Able to troubleshoot basic issues such as login errors, website navigation, app functionality, and order processing concerns.
- Proficient in using CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Genesys, CRM, Infosys Equinox).
Educational Background:
High National Diploma or higher.
