Job Description
A reputable Life Insurance Company is embarking on a recruitment drive to broaden its Insurance Channels (Retail & Micro). Ideal candidates should live within the environs of all regional capitals across the country.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for recruiting, Training, Motivating and Managing Sales Executives in the attainment of specified sales targets
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND in Sales & Marketing
• Completion of national service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly aggressive and high sense of integrity
• Experience in Life Insurance sales will be an added advantage
Remuneration: Fixed monthly salary
Other benefits: Medical Insurance cover progression in the role will be based on performance and attitude (discipline, focus on results, teachable)
