There are about 82 OMCs in the country operating in the same industry. Lubes supplies to customers are largely dependent on locally blended products (75 %) from TLOC and imported lubes (25%) from AMO. Other Depots in Kumasi, Takoradi. Tamale and TTMD also serve the Northern, Central and the Mining Areas respectively. ln addition, the warehouse of TEMG PLC at Tema is the Company’s largest and most strategic storage facility. It is a fast-moving environment that requires aptness, pro activeness, diligence and attention to enable us to meet our customer needs and fulfill our obligations in terms of laid down procedure .

Activités

• Undertake daily updates of all transactions in the System (SAP transfers of lubes to various depots).
• Ensure the inter-depot transfers and network orders are done within reasonable time frame.
• Ensure all products received are blended are in their right quantities on daily basis.
• Implement a FIFO management system of Lubricants by maintaining a database of batch number/ quantity/ date of receipt/ manufacturing and expiry dates of all products.
• Weekly furnish lubes manager and warehouse manager with Fast moving Product (FMP) Reports.
• Ensure quarantine products are maintained in Quarantine Zone in SAP.
• Prepare monthly stock and Reconciliation Report after physical stock count.
• Assist in ensuring that receipt and storage of lubricants into depot follow approved procedure.
• Assist in ensuring that all deliveries of lubricants to customers follow approved procedure.

Assist in ensuring that all lubricants deliveries to Customers are timely, accurately and properly recorded and reported to supervisor.

• Degree or HND in Accounting, Procurement, Purchasing & supply.
• A good knowledge inventory management
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Experience of computer application usage.
• Excellent team player with excellent interpersonal skills
