Job Description


Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on wholesale stock control officer to be based in either of the following locations: Odorkor, Dzorwulu, Spintex & East Legon.

Key Accountabilities

• Issue products according to the record on the issued document (invoice/delivery) and First Expired, First Out (FEFO).
• Ensure products issued are cross checked against invoice before delivery.
• Check and monitor products to ensure products do not expire on shelve.
• Segregate expired products and label accordingly to prevent sell out.
• Participate in weekly requisition of low stocked products at the wholesale.
• Prevent overstocking and stock out.
• Track stock levels and ensures that supplies are sufficient to meet the demand of customers.
• Liaise with Supervisor for the update stock records/information on the computer systems at all times.
• Perform random checks and audit of stock to address inventory discrepancies.
• Assist customers in the purchase of products.
• Preparation and submission of stock reports.

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND in purchasing and supply, procurement or related field
• Must have minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
• Must be residing in either of the following locations: Odorkor, Dzorwulu, Spintex & East Legon
