A reputable advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Social Media strategist

Purpose of the job

• The purpose of this role will be charged with managing a number of clients social media profiles and executing their marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities and duties

• Preparation of social media strategy and pitch to prospective client
• Implement social media strategies for multiple companies, build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption
• Identifying and engaging influencers
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices
• To develop and maintain blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites resource centers etc
• To build content and manage clients social media accounts
• To develop social media strategy, schedule posts and manage interactions on different platforms
• Responsible for providing clients with comprehensive analytic, data presentations and resource management report

Qualification Required & Experience

• The job holder must be a high energy individual with personal integrity and very innovative
• Bachelors degree in public communication and/or marketing risk and strategy, journalism, computer science, social sciences or • MBA in Marketing will be a plus
• 5 years psot qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position with a reputable advertising agency
• Strong project management or organisational skills
