This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Accra. The role involves managing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing online presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks will include developing content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, improving audience engagement, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in developing and executing effective Content Strategy and managing impactful campaigns
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with audiences across platforms
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to assess performance metrics and refine strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Experience in project management and familiarity with social media platforms and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Social Media or Digital Marketing are a plus
