Are you a technically skilled professional located in Ghana with a passion for machinery and a commitment to excellence? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality service and repairs for both Surface and Underground mining equipment. This is a great opportunity with lots of growth potential to Senior Workshop Technician or Workshop Supervisor.

Your Mission

As a Service Technician, you will provide mechanical and electrical support to workshop operations. Your responsibilities will include risk assessments, disassembly, evaluation, reporting, overhauling, auditing, and testing of machines and components—all in line with OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute component/machine rebuilds using standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test major components
  • Prepare detailed failure analysis reports using CEFA tools
  • Participate in daily toolbox meetings and uphold Lean 5S principles
  • Coordinate with Service Administrator for parts and deadlines
  • Operate and maintain test benches and workshop tools
  • Ensure safety and proper use of PPE at all times
  • Submit monthly tool audit reports
  • Collaborate with Senior Workshop Technician on warranty/goodwill assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication using systems like M3 and MS Office

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical field
  • HND or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical

Technical Skills:

  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical knowledge
  • Advanced technical repair and diagnostic skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
