We are hiring Senior Test Automation engineers who will collaborate across departments to help improve the quality of all business transactions and plan, design, develop and execute tests in the software testing division. Job Responsibilities
– Take charge of preparing test data, test environments and Automation Test Strategy
– Work in line with project test plans, interpret, perform, record, and evidence test cases
– Create functional and non-functional test cases and test data
– Implement hands-on automation testing and manual testing where required
– Contribute to the QA process by writing documents and running regression tests
– Create and manage efficient, reusable, and easy to maintain test automation frameworks and test suites
– Plan, build, and execute test cases and suites in collaboration with product and engineering teams
– Ensure optimal quality and successful deployment of the company’s products
– Research and implement testing best practices for test case reusability, latest industry trends and processes in projects, and mentor junior testers with the findings
– Finalize and document testing procedures and create accurate test reports
– Present the test reports to the stakeholders and share suggestions in software fixes

Minimum requirements
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
– At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Test engineer
– Comprehensive working experience in Quality Assurance
– Expertise in Integration Testing, Unit Testing, Automation Testing, and Cypress
– Extensive experience with JIRA, Xray, and other test management software
– Demonstrable experience in testing APIs, web services, and webpages
– Experience in writing test scripts with one or more programming languages including Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.
– Experience with front-end, API, and/or database test automation frameworks/tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Serenity BDD, REST API testing, etc.
– Strong knowledge of industry-standard Quality Assurance best practices for Agile and Iterative SDLCs, testing methodologies, implementation, and deployment activities
– Solid working experience with testing with Jenkins, TeamCity, or Maven in a continuous integration environment
– Expertise in using version control systems (Git)
– Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers and clients
– Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills
– Knowledge of testing software is crucial
– Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
– Familiar with automated test tools, test strategies, test cases, and automated test scripts
– Solid understanding of program testing software like Selenium, Bugzilla, HP LoadRunner, etc.
– Prior experience in Agile methodology
– Prior experience in mobile testing, cloud migration testing, or data integrity testing
– Prolific experience with SQL Server
– Ability to design test strategy independently for a project
– Any certifications in testing is a plus
– Great technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
