JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst is a senior analyst role in developing and executing group technology strategies. He is the senior executioner of the Technology strategy.
He contributes to the development of a robust and comprehensive strategy execution mechanism and matrix that is aligned with the group objectives and continuously gives the organization a competitive advantage through the implementation of many strategic initiatives.
He also contributes to research, strategy development and performance reviews.

JOB CONTEXT 
The Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst role spans the entire Group technology units to assist them in the execution of their strategic goals and objectives. He is contributing to the successes of the business solution deployments from a Technology perspective. His core responsibility is to ensure the execution of the approved Technology strategy workbook as well as non-workbook strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Ensure the Group Technology Strategy workbook execution.
•    Contribute to Strategy development.
•    Contribute to research
•    Organize annual strategy meeting and other strategy workshops.
•    Runs Stakeholder Engagement
•    Regularly Tracks and collaborates with PMO for various execution milestones.
•    Regularly tracks the execution of the various strategic initiatives from the strategy to ensure they meet agreed timelines and objectives.
•    Conducts periodic reviews of the strategy and recommends changes (if required) to ensure it continually aligns with the business goals and objectives.
•    Ensures the strategy document and contents are updated as at when required (e.g. update might be required as a result of a execution review)
•    Participate in the development and maintenance of IT performance management frameworks and metrics — to ensure the IT organization delivers value to the enterprise.
•    Facilitates effective collaboration and communications between the IT organization and the user and customer communities.
•    Facilitate execution risk evaluation and offer remediation.
•    Participate in the execution of high-impact, enterprise-wide, strategic programs, or initiatives.
•    Implements benefits and value delivery mechanism; measures and ensures that the benefit from all initiatives is realized.
•    Participates in all strategic projects steer-co to track execution.

JOB PROFILE
Experience & Qualifications
•    A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
•    A graduate degree is a plus.
•    6 years of relevant experience
•    Experience in managing IT solutions delivery.
•    Experience in a multi-national setting.
•    Project management membership or certification is an added advantage.
