Donewell Insurance LTD has a vacancy for the following position: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

• Prospecting for business and maximizing the clientele base in the Ashanti Region

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, promotions and campaigns
• Develop a matrix to measure the performance of implemented initiatives and produce a monthly report on production figures
• Identify and recruit sales executives in areas the company does not have a presence
• Responsible for training of new sales executives
• Direct and coordinate all sales activities
• Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures
• Prospect, identify and conduct one-one-one and group sales presentations to network and achieve branch targets
• Call regularly on customers to foster good relations and create more avenues for cross-selling

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum qualification of a First Degree
• A certificate from the chartered institute of marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 4 years experience in sales

Skills and Specifications

• Excellent verbal communication negotiation and writing skills
• A good team player and result-oriented person
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong coordinating and analytical skills
• Working knowledge in ICT
