Job Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales plans / programmes to promote, sell and register prospective clients onto the hotel’s platform
• Market and source for new business/clientele through sales calls, visits and presentations
• Monitor daily press releases and update superior officer accordingly
• Undertake desk studies/research to support business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and approaches
• Promote the hotel’s brands and values through the approved services delivery standards and platforms
• Conduct business visits and maintain regular contact with customers to build/deepen existing/new relationships
• Identify opportunities for new / incremental business through the marketing and sales effort
• Increase client penetration and revenue by actively launching and promoting the company’s service capabilities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related courses
• Minimum of or years of experience in similar position
• Experience in 4/5 star years of experience in similar position
• PMS knowledge – EZEE/OPERA
• Ability to multitask
