Job Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain high-pressure washers, scrubber driers, and sweepers.
• Fill out detailed maintenance and technical reports.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and the brand to resolve issues.
• Manage the service center operations, including device reception, issue reporting, problem-solving, and customer communication.
• Lead and manage the technicians’ team.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the servicing team.
• Demonstrate a passion for the job and a commitment to expanding knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing and maintenance of cleaning devices.
• Strong technical skills and ability to fill out maintenance and technical reports accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and the brand.
• Proven ability to manage a service center and a team of technicians.
• Passionate about the job with a continuous desire to learn and grow.
