Role Summary

As a Senior Auto Mechanic in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fleet, specifically focusing on Toyota Vitz models. Your expertise will directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and performance of our vehicles. You will work fully under the General Manager and cooperate in order to keep the fleet in working condition.

Key Tasks

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Toyota Vitz models.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Overhaul and repair various vehicle components, such as engines, brakes, suspensions, and transmissions.
• Execute tasks with precision and attention to detail; ensuring all work meets industry standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.

Expected Results

• Under the direction of the fleet supervisor, all vehicles must be in good condition, and in case of necessary repairs, repairs should be carried out as soon as possible.
• The operator must monitor the condition of the vehicles and warn managers in time about the necessary technical work.

Skills

• Knowledge of technical systems of vehicles;
• Knowledge of mechanics electrics and electronics;
• Ability to use portable tools including power tools;
• Must pay attention to details;
• Problem solving skills;
• Must be a team player.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Should have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the field on Vehicle operations
• Experience in the Field is very Key and more priority will be given to people with higher experience
