Job Summary
• The Senior Manager, Technology Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of technology operations within MobileMoney LTD (MML).
• This includes ensuring the smooth functioning of technology infrastructure, managing, and ensuring service levels between MML and various service providers are adhered to, optimizing processes for efficiency, and driving innovation and operational excellence to meet MML’s strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Service Delivery Officer (CTSDO), the Senior Manager will play a critical role in aligning technology operations with MML’s overall goals and global standards.

• Collaborates closely to align technology operations with overall strategic goals and
• Leads and oversees the technology operations team, depending on their expertise and contributions to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborates with the service delivery team to ensure seamless integration of technology operations with software development processes, supporting product launches, updates, and maintenance.
• Works closely with the innovation and product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and customer needs.
• Coordinates with the security team to implement and enforce security measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting MML’s assets and data from potential threats.
• Collaborates with the finance department to develop and manage the technology operations budget, ensuring financial transparency and alignment with strategic
• Engages with legal and compliance teams to interpret and apply regulatory requirements relevant to technology operations, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.
• Manages relationships with third-party service providers, depending on them to deliver services and solutions according to agreed-upon SLAs and OLAs, while ensuring alignment with MML’s objectives and standards.
• Provides regular updates and reports to the executive leadership team on technology operations performance, strategic initiatives, and challenges, seeking their support and guidance as needed.
Qualification Required & Experience
Education
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree
Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within a fintech, financial services or Telecommunications organization.
Competencies
Professional/Technical Competencies:
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking
• Experience with implementing and managing IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the fintech
