ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Administrative Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare and disseminate meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
• Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Office Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate office events and meetings.
Communication & Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate communication between departments and senior management.
Project Support:
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of special projects as assigned.
• Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Masters Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
• Proven experience in providing high-level support to senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
