Key Responsibilities:

QuickBooks Accounting Software Management:

• Update and maintain all aspects of the software, including:
• Tracking total revenue from Cash Sales and Credit Sales invoices.
• Overseeing payments from credit customers and to creditors.
• Managing petty cash transactions and operational expenses.
• Conducting bank transactions and reconciliation.
• Managing inventory items (saleable and non-saleable).
• Recording various transactions like payroll, employee loans and advances, consultant fees, taxes, and maintaining registers for Plant, Property & Equipment (PPE).

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Provide daily updates to management to support decision-making processes.

Operational Support:

• Assist in cash counts, banking activities, payment of statutory debts, managing utilities, and bill payments.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO and Management.

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Minimum of 3 years recent experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and adapt to new challenges.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a quick learning ability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
