We’re looking for someone special to join our team as a Senior Account Manager, someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, keeping things organised, and being that reliable go-to person both clients and teammates love working with.

Summary

The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in supporting the management of client accounts, handling or assisting with campaign executions, and contributing to the overall success of our clients’ digital marketing initiatives.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans that drive results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, including project management, campaign optimization, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, sales, strategy, digital and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on digital marketing initiatives, including campaign strategies, budget allocations, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for clients and drive continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Act as a mentor and leader for junior account management team members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Conduct quality control checks to review and revise content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

Requirements

Requirements to thrive in this position

Hard Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and client services.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results for clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Zoho etc.

Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value for clients.
