Job Description
A reputable organisation is looking for dynamic personnel to join the organisation to provide administrative and operational support for the effective and efficient functions of the organisation in the following regions:
• Greater Accra
• Volta
• Western
• Ashanti
• Northern
• Western North
• Ahafo
• Eastern
• Oti
• Upper West
• Upper East
• Bono
• Northern
• Savannah
Duties and Responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Drafts and types routine and complex correspondence, reports and other documents using a personal computer
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Provides secretarial support to the office
• Ensure safe keeping of confidential documents of the office
• Keep accurate record of movement of files and correspondence of the office
• Receive and keep records of visitors and stakeholders
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Degree in Secretaryship and Management or any relevant discipline
• A minimum of 3 years post qualification relevant work experience in a reputable organisation
• Must pass a selection interview
Competencies
• Knowledge of Business communication system
• Human and Public Relations skills
• Knowledge in relevant IT application
• Office Management skills
• High integrity and good ethical standards
