An international school is seeking suitable applicants for the position of a School Principal.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of the school’s operations, including academic programmes, student affairs, and administrative functions.
• Enhance and implement a strategic plan for the school’s continued growth and success.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student achievement and well-being.
• Collaborate with staff, students, parents, and the wider community to achieve school goals.
• Manage and mentor staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Promote the school’s mission and values.

Qualification

• A minimum of first degree.
• A professional qualification in education or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in the educational field or relevant experience
• Ability to use computer and productivity softwares
• Knowledgeable in the Cambridge International Education or equivalent and its governing bodies .

Administrative Skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• 5 years of leadership experience
• Ability to manage personnel and resources.
