RESPONSIBILITIES

•Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
•Promote and sell the company’s products to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and other clients.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
•Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
•Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
•Prepare sales reports and submit them on schedule.
•Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
•Assist in collecting payments from customers where necessary.
•Represent the company professionally at all times.
•Participate in product promotions, activations, and marketing campaigns.

Qualification Required & Experience

•Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
•At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience (experience in the FMCG industry is preferred).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
•Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good customer service and relationship management skills.
•Ability to use smartphones and basic Microsoft Office applications.
•Must be honest, reliable, and possess a positive attitude.
