Job Description


Role Definition:

Sales Focus: They would actively seek out potential clients, establish relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals, and pitch your lab’s services.
Marketing Focus: They could handle online marketing, social media presence, content creation, and promotions to increase brand awareness.

Title: Sales representative / Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage online presence, including social media and website updates.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Targeted Recruitment:

Qualification Required & Experience

• Experience in healthcare or medical services marketing and strong communication, networking, and digital marketing skills.

Incentive:

• Commission-based Pay: Offer incentives based on the number of clients brought in or the revenue generated.

5. Marketing Strategy:

• Branding: Ensure your lab’s branding is consistent across all platforms.
• Digital Presence: Use social media, Google My Business, etc to make your lab more visible.
• Referral Programs: Create programs where existing clients can refer others to your lab for a reward.
