About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, customer focused and results-driven Client Relations Service & a remarkable Sales Representative to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, promoting our services, closing sales and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
*Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed shipments.
*Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
*Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
*Resolve customer complaints and work -related issues professionally.
*Update customer records, track, and executive follow ups.
*Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Communication Science or a related field.
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or logistics is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales and negotiation ability.
* Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and social media (Excel, email,
WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
