Job Description
We are hiring Sales, Marketing and Operations Manager
Key Performance Area
• Develop strategies for Sales and Marketing, including Digital, Advertising and Communications
• Prepare budgets for Sales and Marketing
• Ensure that expenses are within the approved budget
• Analysing achieved sales against the sales budget and planning how to cover the deficit, if any.
• Selling Mining and industrial chemicals
• Attain a set monthly sales target
• Analyse consumer behavior and determine customer requirements
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) through price surveys and competitor surveys
• Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits & calls, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Oversee data input in ZOHO CRM to assist in managing and tracking customer service and needs daily
• Ensure standard operating procedures are observed in all applicable areas of assigned duties
• Ensuring that proper personal protective equipment is used at all times
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc in Chemistry or Metallurgy or
• Diploma or certificate in Marketing and any professional certificate in the field an added advantage
• At least 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing of chemicals
• Having SHEQ management skills is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting writing
• The ability to work under pressure
