Job Description


Reports To: CEO

Job Summary:
Cold Temperatures is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the air conditioning industry in Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and soliciting new AC sales, servicing contracts, and other related tasks to drive revenue growth. This role requires a combination of excellent sales skills, marketing acumen, and a general understanding of the Air-conditioning industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
– Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
– Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Present and demonstrate AC products and services to prospective clients.
– Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
– Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
– Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

4. Marketing and Promotion:
– Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote AC products and services provided by Cold Temperatures.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives for traditional and digital marketing channels.
– Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.

5. Product Knowledge:
– Stay up-to-date with the latest AC industry trends, products, competition and technologies.
– Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products and services.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
– Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
– Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Education:
Bachelor & degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Required Experience:
– Minimum of three [3] years of successful sales and marketing experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the AC, HVAC or Refrigeration industries.
– Read, understand, and draft contracts as needed.
– Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads into sales.
– Experience in B2B sales and contract negotiations.
– Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and services.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirement
– Valid driver & license required
– Reliable transportation preferred
