Job Description
Sip Natural Mineral Water, a renowned sachet and bottled natural mineral water manufacturer in Accra (Nsawam Road), is looking to hire dynamic, experienced and innovative personnel in the following position to join its growing team: Sales Manager
Job Summary
• The Sales Manager shall be responsible for the development and performance of sales officers, the achievement of sales targets and growth in line with company budget
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc in Sales or Sales Management
• Advance Certificate in Marketing awarded by CIM – UK or CIMG is an added advantage
• Must be computer literate
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the mineral water industry
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Strong understanding of sachet and dispenser bottled water market dynamics
