Location: Accra (Ghana)

About Us: We are a Social Enterprise dedicated to providing improved cookstoves to households across Ghana. Our innovative cookstoves are designed to enhance the cooking experience, reduce Indoor Air Pollution (IAP) while promoting environmental sustainability. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious sales targets.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving monthly sales target. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

·       Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the household goods market in Ghana is a plus.
Preference will be given to male candidates.
