Japan Motors Trading Company LTD is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive.

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills and a passion for automobiles

Responsibilities & Duties

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
• Promote and sell automobiles by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable models
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers
• Prepare and present sales proposals nd quotations
• Stay updated on industry development, competitor activities and new automobile models
• Assist customers with financing and insurance options when necessary
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of the automobile industry and current market trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
