Job Description


We are inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals to join our growing commercial team as a Sales Agronomist. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving product adoption, supporting distributors, and delivering agronomic value to farmers across assigned territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote agrochemical and crop nutrition products to distributors and farmers
• Conduct field demonstrations, product trials, and farmer trainings
• Build and maintain strong agro-dealer and key account relationships
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support debt recovery initiatives
• Prepare weekly sales and field activity reports

Qualification Required & Experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in agrochemical sales or field agronomy
• Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
