A reputable Community Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified, experienced and motivated professionals to fill key positions aimed at strengthening its operations, business growth, risk management, technology infrastructure and customer service delivery: Risk Officer

Purpose

•To support the Bank’s risk management function by identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating operational, credit, market and compliance risks

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct risk assessments and control reviews
•Monitor key risk indicators and prepare risk reports
•Support loan portfolio monitoring and early warning systems
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
•Investigate risk incidents and recommend corrective actions
•Support risk awareness training programs
•Liaise with auditors and regulators when required

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Risk Management, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
•Professional certifications such as ACCA, ICA or CIB are advantageous
•Practical knowledge of credit and operational risk management
•Minimum of 3 years experience in Risk Management compliance or audit
