A reputable financial institution is seeking to hire young, smart, and dynamic person as Relationship Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for increase in sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction within assigned segment.
• Responsible for new revenue opportunities from existing & prospective customers
• Support the branch to win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationships
• Assist the branch in its drive for deposit mobilization and enhance profitability within segment
• Structure credit facilities to meet customer needs in line with the bank’s policies
• Prepare presentations and other marketing materials to customers within segment covered
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Retail Banking.

Requirement

First Degree in any discipline/relevant professional qualification

Minimum of 3 years relevant banking experience

• Must have knowledge of Credit or Risk Management
• Must have knowledge of banking operations, products & services
• Must have knowledge of banking structure, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
