Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Quarry Manager to oversee and manage our quarrying operations. As a Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating production processes, ensuring product quality, safety and efficiency. This position requires excellent management skills and deep understanding of the quarrying industry

Responsibilities

• Manage the quarry production processes to ensure high-quality quarry products are produced as per the plan
• Lead, train and guide the production team to ensure teamwork and high efficiency
• Supervise equipment maintenance to ensure safe and proper functioning of equipment
• Manage inventory and procure raw materials to meet production requirements
• Develop and execute production plans to ensure projects are completed on time
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with environmental regulations
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments and report on work progress

Qualification Required & Experience

• Relevant experience in the quarrying industry, with a preference for candidates with quarry management experience
• Relevant qualifications or certificates in the field
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with quarrying equipment and production processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in using office office software (e.g MS Office)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
