Job Description
We are seeking committed, hardworking and qualified individuals for various positions supporting our construction, road works, civil works, operations, transportation and administrative activities: Quantity Surveyor
Key Duties
• Calculate material, labour and equipment expenses to form initial budgets
• Draft detailed lists of material quantities and work scopes for tenders
• Inspect site progress and prepare interim payments for works done
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of working experience
• Proficiency in measurement software, cost databases and AutoCAD or BIM tools
Location: Eastern Region
