Job Title: Promoters

Reporting To: Zonal Manager

Location: Oti, Volta, Eastern (Afram Plains), Techiman and Northern (Yendi and Damongo) Regions

Employment Type: Fixed Term 1 Year Renewable

Job Summary

Responsible for promoting our company’s range of products, building strong relationships with customers, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction, sales growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

·         Hold effective regular community engagement programs i.e. visits and meetings

·         Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers

·         Provide technical advice on product usage and application

·         Prospect small to medium customers

·         Identify and develop new business opportunities

·         Assist to conduct product demonstrations and field trials

·         Conduct pitches and presentations and technical training on products

·         Troubleshoot customer inquiries, issues, objections and provide solutions.

·         Gather and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity and customer feedback

·         Collaborate with internal technical team to resolve complex issues.

·         Maintain accurate community engagement records and reports and participate in territory sales meetings and attend training sessions.

Essential Requirement

Qualification and Experience

·         Diploma in Agriculture

·         1 year post national service of experience in the agriculture industry

·         Proficient user of MS Suite

·         Valid driver’s license A
