Job Description


Job Purpose

• To monitor the ISP and SMC projects in the specific areas of thief financial reporting, budgeting and coordinate, ensure best practice standards, transparency, compliance nd accountability

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (including statements of income statements of income and expenditure, balance sheets and cash flow statements) for internal use and external stakeholders, such as donors and regulatory bodies organize receipts and payment vouchers of respective projects
• Collaborate with Programme Manager, Translation Manager and Finance and Accounts Manager to develop program/project budget, provide financial inputs for project proposals and ensure alignment with ISP/donor requirements and organizational financial policies
• Track and receive all documentation of files on projects expenses
• Provide information on quarterly claims from ISP translation and programs projects to the Finance and Accounts Manager
• Ensure compliance with financial terms and conditions of the ISP grants, including budget tracking, reporting requirements and proper documentation

Qualification Required & Experience

• University Degree Administration Accounting Option, professional qualification – ICA (Gh) Part II or equivalent to other Accounting bodies
• Experience of grant or project management
• A passion and deep commitment for the spreading of the word of God
• Ability to use TALLY accounting software, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
• Self-motivated with enough personal confidence to be open to continuous learning and development
• Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
