Job Description


Are you passionate about making an impact in monitoring and evaluation while driving programmatic success? Join our team as an M&E/Programmes Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of our coalition’s initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop frameworks, conduct field visits, and analyze data to measure program impact and ensure quality standards.
  • Program Management: Lead program initiatives, liaise with stakeholders, manage budgets, and facilitate capacity-building activities.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, document best practices, and integrate findings into decision-making processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in M&E, program management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata).
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of malaria prevention strategies in Ghana (an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
