Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards. The Production Supervisor will manage a team of production staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and working effectively to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
• Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget
• Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards
• Develop and implement production schedules and procedures
• Train and motivate production staff to ensure that they work effectively and safely
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that materials are available for production
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
• Proficiency use of Office XP applications and other computer software
