Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and market-driven ProductSupervisor to supportproduct

development, market research, and new product launches within the building materials (tiles) business. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, requiringstrong design sense, market awareness, and the ability to coordinate closely with sales, factory, and marketing teams to ensure successful

product development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support productdevelopment and new product launches,including tile design concepts and specifications.
• Conduct marketsurveys to gathercustomer feedback and analyze markettrends and competitor products.
• Collaborate with sales, factory,and marketing teamsto follow up on the full new product launch process.
• Visit markets, dealers, and customers to collect product feedback and insights.
• Visit factories to follow up on product development progress and sample production.
• Coordinate printingand preparation of physical product samples.
• Track productperformance and supportcontinuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and consolidate marketsurvey reports and product-related analysis.
• Support other product-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design,Product Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development, market research, or product-related roles.
• Experience within tiles, ceramics, building materials, or FMCG is a strong advantage.
• Strong data analysis and market survey experience.
• Excellent designsense with provenPhotoshop proficiency.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
