Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Supervisor located in Accra. The Product Supervisor will oversee day-to-day tasks related to product quality, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising product development, analyzing market trends, communicating with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, and training staff.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide top-notch customer service
• Training: Experience in conducting training sessions and developing staff skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
• Master’s in marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 4 years related experience
