Join Our Team as a Product Specialist – Underground (UMR)

At Epiroc, we’re looking for a dedicated Product Specialist to deliver top-tier technical support, foster meaningful customer relationships, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide expert technical service and maintenance for underground equipment.
- Support the commissioning of new machinery and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct training programs for operators and technicians to build their skills.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Advocate for safety compliance and environmental protection measures.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive exceptional service.
- Perform equipment audits and communicate findings with customers.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Strong technical knowledge of underground mining equipment.
- Proven ability to train and mentor customer teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with proficiency in report writing.
- Commitment to safety compliance and understanding of reliability requirements.
