Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and sales, to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive product success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and business goals
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and customers
  • Work closely with designers and developers to translate requirements into actionable user stories and product specifications
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features and functionality
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
  • Track and analyze product metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post-launch monitoring
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation
  • Serve as a product evangelist, communicating product value proposition and benefits to internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successful product launches and management
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align product goals with overall business objectives
  • Excellent analytical skills to gather and interpret market and user data
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile product development methodologies
  • Solid technical background, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
